Job Title: HR Generalist

Job Description

The HR Generalist is responsible for administering human resources policies and procedures across multiple functional areas. This role involves collecting and analyzing HR data, making recommendations to management, processing paperwork according to established procedures, and preparing internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, or company policies. The position typically requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and 2-4 years of experience in the field. Candidates should be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in HR and possess a certain degree of creativity and latitude to plan and accomplish goals.

Responsibilities

Utilize the HRSC platform for case management.

Address performance and compensation questions.

Support managers and independent contributors, with potential to assist over 1,000 employees.

Perform a variety of tasks under general supervision, typically reporting to a manager.

Bachelor's degree in a related field

Experience with HRIS tools, particularly Microsoft

Former HR Specialist or Generalist experience preferred

Work Environment

This position is onsite, with the team split between Seattle and HQ2 in Arlington, VA. The work environment is dynamic, with opportunities to create new processes and have a meaningful impact. The tech environment is ever-changing, offering a stimulating workplace atmosphere.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr.
