::: {aria-expanded="true"} Spherion Staffing is hiring an experienced Accountant with QuickBooks experience for a consulting service in Wichita Falls, TX! The working schedule is Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm and Fridays 8:30am-12:00pm, with pay depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Preparing and reviewing financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Managing tax filings and preparing tax returns.

Preparing and processing payments

Balancing debit and credits

All basic administrative tasks

Ensuring compliance with accounting principles (GAAP) and other relevant regulations.

Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:

Works well under pressure, is able to multi-task and is detail oriented.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, typing, 10-Key data entry, telephone etiquette and customer service

Math skills

Communication skills

Education: High School

Experience: 1-4 years

Qualifications:

Proven work experience in accounting and/or bookkeeping
