Operations Analyst IV

Acts as key internal resource for development of operations analyses and projects. to improve efficiency and budgets.

Responsibilities:

Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual summary and detail reports of operational performance, revenue, recovery, and expense information.

Provides information monthly and as needed to chair/director.

Provides leadership for implementation and ongoing support of inventory systems.

Ensures the master file is current, and supply expenses are aligned with case volume and revenue.

Manages financial and operational integration of new facilities, and development of new business lines within existing facilities.

Other duties as assigned.

Education:

Master's degree in Business Administration, Hospital Administration or other related field.

Certifications:

None required.

Complexity of Work:

Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Must be able to work in a stressful environment.

Work Experience:

Minimum of three years progressively responsible experience in healthcare finance or project management, with significant experience in budgeting, financial analysis, reporting with multi-disciplinary organizational and operational structure and large hospital/physician provider organization and healthcare consulting.

Offset: Bachelor's degree and four years of experience.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods

Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment

Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information

In some locations, ability to move up to 15 pounds?

Personal Protective Equipment:

Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.

Pay Range

Minimum hourly: $33.46

Maximum hourly: $51.03

The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. While the pay range is displayed as an hourly rate, Cleveland Clinic recruiters will clarify whether the compensation is hourly or salary. A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set, and education.
