Location: Orrville Employment Status: Hourly Full-Time Function: Manufacturing Req ID: 26931 Summary Lincoln Electric has an outstanding opportunity for a Resource Scheduler supporting our Orville, OH site. The Resource Schedulers are responsible to perform a variety of activities related to processing production assembly and customer orders, planning, and inventory management. They work closely with departmental supervision and buyer/planners on resolving parts shortages and overdue order performance to ensure efficient operation of the production plant. What You Will Do As a Resource Scheduer, you will utilize working knowledge of production and shop floor control systems to create efficient work flows. Specific responsibnilities include:

Utilize SAP to run line scheduling to create production schedule for plant weekly

Release production orders to shop floor and review all shop orders for accuracy

Work with Production, Planning and Master Data to assure SAP data integrity is met

Responsible for all production order posting and maintaining production history

Work with Operations/Planning on all new part set-up for new products

Perform MIGO inventory adjustments as needed to keep inventory levels accurate

Work with Production to ensure all inventory locations are accurate and support improvements to work center organization of raw materials

Support the customer sales order support process after order entry

Create deliveries to ship product to customers, coordinate activities with Shipping/Receiving

Provide updates on order status when requested by customers

Expedite and coordinate drop ship orders to support and service customer base

Coordinate the issuance of RMA's and process customer returns and credits

Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager

Education & Experience Required

High School degree, 3+ years professional experience

Proficient in the use of SAP, primary focus on production, logistics and customer service

Solid computer skills with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Must have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, as this position will require significant contact with customers and Lincoln personnel

Self-starter, motivated and resourceful

Detail orientated with a strong work ethic

Positive attitude with a desire to learn

Must be a team player
