Role Overview:

Join our multidisciplinary team and contribute across the full product lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:

Designing and simulating analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits for aerospace applications.

Prototyping and testing hardware from bench to aircraft.

Collaborating on proposals and design reviews with internal teams and customers.

Leading EMI qualification testing , including writing test plans and adhering to DO-160 and MIL-STD-461 standards.

Working hands-on with mechanical and manufacturing teams for seamless design integration.

Driving continuous improvement by sustaining and enhancing existing products.

Qualifications:

BSEE or higher with 5+ years of relevant experience.

Strong background in analog circuit design and switching mode power supplies.

Familiarity with aerospace standards like DO-160 or MIL-STD-461 is advantageous.

Proficient in troubleshooting, testing, and hands-on work with electronics.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $120,000 annually, based on location, experience, and skills.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities, however you may serve as a mentor for other technical staff within the organization.

While performing the duties of this job you may occasionally be required to stand, walk, sit, use hands and or arms to pull handles and push buttons and reach objects. Requirements may also include climbing, balancing, stooping, bending, reaching, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. You may need to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
