Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Picker Forklift Operator to ensure the timely and accurate processing of order fulfillment across direct consumer channels, wholesale distributors, and stock transfers. The ideal candidate will adhere to scanning guidelines, maintain accountability for inventory movement, and assist in meeting established KPI metrics.

Responsibilities

Process order fulfillment accurately and timely for direct consumer channels, wholesale distributors, and stock transfers.

Follow and adhere to scanning guidelines for inventory movement using handheld scanners.

Prepare shipments by palletizing, wrapping, and banding as directed.

Operate stand-up forklifts, sit-down forklifts, order selectors, and pallet jacks.

Proactively communicate product and order-related issues to DC leadership.

Assist in achieving established KPI metrics related to order fulfillment.

Ensure compliance with all organizational safety rules and guidelines.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment by practicing CAYGO (clean as you go).

Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in operating forklifts, including stand-up and sit-down models.

Experience with inventory control and material handling.

Ability to use electric pallet jacks and reach trucks effectively.

Understanding of basic Microsoft Office and other job-related applications.

Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently is preferred.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Prior warehouse experience is preferred.

High School diploma or GED, or 2+ years of warehouse experience is preferred.

Ability to stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Ability to work well under pressure in a team environment and communicate effectively with team members.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grand Prairie, Texas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
