Our work depends on Business Process Analyst joining our team to GDIT Contracts and Acquisition Management Office (CAMO) Systems and Data Integrity (S&DI) Business Unit's activities. You will be trusted to perform S&DI day-to-day operations activities and contribute to GDIT/CAMO/S&DI special projects and initiatives.
HOW A BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Requirements gathering, design, development, testing, training, and delivery of Business Unit reports, metrics, dashboards, and tools/applications
Evaluating and providing recommendations for upgrading/automating Business Unit operational and/or systems processes related to reporting and metrics development
Establishing and delivering data integrity tools/solutions
Implementing and documenting data integration or migration strategies
Working closely with Corporate Technical and Development Teams to document systems and applications, or process, data flows and tracking changes
Researching, identifying, and testing technology products required for the storage, security, and automation of data and information
Gathering vital meeting information and generating reports and metrics for stakeholders
General helpdesk supporting Business Unit systems, reporting, applications/tools, accounts/licenses, and new projects
Account management of Business Unit licenses/accounts/subscriptions
Systems/Applications/Tools/Data security; governance, risk management, and administration
Ability to work independently and deliver excellent customer service
Other duties and special projects as may be required
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education : Bachelor's degree
Required Experience : 2+ years of related experience
Required Technical Skills: Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint experience; Tableau
Required Skills and Abilities : Reporting and Data Analytics experience. Excellent organization and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to work swiftly under pressure and to deadlines. Strong collaboration and team working skills.
Preferred Technical Skills : Experience with SQL, Java, Python, SharePoint Development, and Alteryx. Experience with Oracle, Oracle Analytics Reporting, Appian, and Salesforce.
Preferred Skills and Abilities: Understanding of Contractual and Procurement related data and information. Data extraction and migration experience. AI/Machine-Learning experience.

Location: This is a hybrid position working in one of our GDIT facilities in either our Falls Church, VA or Tampa, FL offices. Must be comfortable working onsite for a minimum of 3 days a week.

The likely salary range for this position is $69,264 - $75,900. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
