Job Summary-

Bureau Veritas Fuels North America is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Growth Strategy implementation and follow-up by analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop analytical skills and gain experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Data Analysis : Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to support business decision-making processes.

Reporting : Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Process Improvement : Identify areas for process improvement and assist in the development and implementation of solutions.

Market Research : Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

Documentation : Document business processes, requirements, and project plans to ensure clarity and alignment.

Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, operations, and IT, to gather requirements and provide analytical support.

Project Support : Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.

Skills & Competencies

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.

Attention to Detail : High level of attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Team Player : Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with others.

Time Management : Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Adaptability : Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Data analytics : Advanced skills in analysing data and interpretting trends

Education and Experience:

3-5 years TIC Industry experience required.

Bachelors Degree Preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
