Key Responsibilities:

Handle full-cycle accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Manage vendor relationships and address any invoice-related discrepancies or issues.

Process invoices, 1099s, and W-9s promptly and efficiently.

Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure timely payments to vendors.

Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams to resolve payment issues and provide clarification when needed.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related role.

Proficiency in processing invoices and coding them accurately.

Familiarity with preparing and submitting Form 1099 and managing IRS W-9 forms.

Strong knowledge of vendor management practices.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for financial reporting and analysis.

Ability to work collaboratively with construction and administrative teams.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
