About this position:
As a System Integrity Engineer within the Asset Management team, you will be at the forefront of driving innovation and ensuring the integrity of data critical to operational planning, field implementation, and senior executive decision-making. Your role will utilize data analysis and create insightful reports and dashboards in data visualization software to identify and implement innovative approaches, effectively monitor system integrity, track trends, optimize asset life, reliability, and risk, and make data-driven decisions to support our company's wildfire mitigation program. Your contributions will be instrumental in facilitating processes for determining and implementing future system improvements, positioning our company as a leader in innovative data-driven solutions within the energy sector.

About this job:
Drive data quality and innovation across the organization; develop best practices and frameworks for providing high quality work.
Identify, design, and implement innovative internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-design data processes for greater scalability, etc.
Read, analyze, and interpret operation and maintenance guidelines and procedures
Be familiar with data management systems and related systems
Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists and business leaders to develop and deploy data driven analytical models
Apply advanced mathematical concepts and analyze and manipulate data
Research industry best practices around Wildfire Mitigation, include engineering and material solutions
Develop, write, maintain, and evaluate standards or working documents for Wildfire Mitigation
Responsible for developing program benefit reports and economic evaluations
Produce queries, reports, and analytics for internal and external stakeholders
Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement
Conduct work meetings to facilitate discussions and document processes
Establish and maintain effective working relationships

Overnight travel as required for business up to 20% of the time

BS in Engineering is required
General knowledge of the engineering, construction and operation of natural gas and/or electric systems a plus
Ability to obtain a Professional Engineer's License is desired.
Knowledge of Power BI, Azure Synapse Analytics or other analytical tools preferred
Experience with Python and SQL a plus
Experience creating dashboards in Tableau or similar program
Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
Must possess strong interpersonal communication skills
Practical working knowledge of Microsoft applications
A valid driver's license or the ability to obtain one
