We're seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to join a dynamic team in the insurance sector on a full-time, one-year contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in a 100% remote setting.In this pivotal contractor position, you will play a key role in supporting marketing initiatives for our small business segment. You'll be instrumental in developing, executing, and managing critical programs aimed at brokers and general agents, while also contributing to insightful, data-driven content creation.Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive awareness, influence, and educate small businesses on the value of specialized insurance.

Analyze market trends and audience insights to inform strategic marketing decisions.

Set clear marketing goals and KPIs that align with overarching business objectives.

Lead and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, email) from initial concept through to successful execution.

Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficient and effective use of marketing assets.

Measure campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and adjusting tactics to optimize results and achieve mission outcomes.

Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent alignment across all marketing projects.

Develop and oversee the creation of compelling marketing content, including blogs, website copy, email newsletters, social media posts, and various collateral materials.

Collaborate closely with creative teams to ensure high-quality design and compelling copy that meets established standards.

Function as a technical expert, applying comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high-impact assignments, and mentor other specialists as needed.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or strategic program support.

Proven experience coordinating cross-functional marketing efforts.

Familiarity with survey tools, reporting dashboards, and campaign planning methodologies.

Comfortable interpreting complex data and effectively collaborating with creative teams to bring insights to life.

Bachelor's degree or higher.

Desired Qualifications:

Experience within the healthcare, insurance, or B2B program sectors.
