Overview The objective of the Solutions Consultant is to develop technology solutions and strategies for clients and ensure the growth of the project revenue stream by facilitating the sale of opportunities and providing project services through accurate proposal development and pre-sales design. The Solutions Consultant will help grow and expand the breadth and depth of solutions delivered to clients. The Solutions Consultant is a technical consultant focusing on business solutions with an intermediate to advanced level of complexity and acts as an expert on behalf of clients and field service delivery. Responsibilities Meets with national, regional and branch professional services sales teams to review pipeline, forecast, and opportunities Works directly with sales managers and solutions delivery resources to promote professional services offerings, driven by KPIs and defined processes Responsible for pre-sale technical discovery, business process analysis, and development of customized solutions to fit a client's requirement Collaborate with team to create and develop engagement letters, site surveys, scope of work (SOW) preparation and integration projects where appropriate Interacts with the implementation teams when needed to help advise on resourcing and staffing to execute implementation plans Maintain education training standards and certifications levels in line with job requirements and advancement development plans.
