Systems Administrator (Cloud Engineer)

As a Systems Administrator, you will be part of the IT department supporting various data-focused initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Systems Administrator (Cloud Engineer)

Location: Westfield Center, Ohio (preferred 5x a week in office)

Pay Range: $60 per hour

Candidates: US Citizens or GC Holders only please

What's the Job?

Administer and maintain Azure resources specific to data workloads, including storage accounts, containers, and key vaults.

Design and manage infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using Terraform to provision and version Azure resources.

Monitor and troubleshoot system performance across data workloads using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.

Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure performant and scalable environments for data products.

Document and automate operational tasks for platform support, including runbooks and configuration tracking.

What's Needed?

0-3 years of experience in System/Application administration or a related field.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

Hands-on experience with Azure administration and Terraform or similar IaC tools.

Familiarity with modern data platforms such as Snowflake and Power BI Service.

Basic scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation tasks.
