Job Description

This position requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Handle various office tasks, including customer service, communications, and supply management.

Interact with clients and stakeholders to gather necessary information for reviews.

Serve as a contact point for tenants and negotiate with relevant parties as needed.

Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and procedures.

Support data entry and maintain records.

Help achieve team objectives by completing assigned duties.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in data entry and administration.

Task-oriented with strong phone communication skills.

Independent thinking and discretion, ensuring client confidentiality.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required; post high school education or training preferred.

Minimum of two years' experience in a professional office setting preferred.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.87 - $27.58/hr.
