Marketing Director (Hybrid)

Location: Westmont, IllinoisJob Type: PermanentCompensation Range: $125,000 - 130,000 per yearWe are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to drive brand presence, generate pipeline, and support revenue growth. This senior-level role leads the development and execution of marketing strategy across lead generation, brand positioning, thought leadership, ABM, event marketing, and sales collaboration. Expertise in B2B enterprise marketing and cross-functional leadership is essentialResponsibilities:

Develop and implement a data-driven marketing strategy with measurable goals for demand generation, MQL growth, and brand awareness.

Lead and mentor the marketing team.

Drive end-to-end lead generation campaigns across digital, content, and ABM channels, optimizing for MQL volume and quality.

Align closely with sales for seamless lead handoff and conversion rate improvement.

Position the company as a thought leader through high-value content (whitepapers, case studies, blogs, webinars) in partnership with internal SMEs.

Strengthen brand positioning via targeted campaigns, PR, social media, and influencer strategies.

Oversee digital marketing efforts including email, paid campaigns, SEO/SEM, and website optimization, leveraging marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot).

Track, analyze, and report on key metrics (MQLs, campaign performance, ROI) to refine strategies.

Collaborate with sales, delivery, and product teams to align marketing with business objectives and overall company vision.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

10+ years in B2B marketing with 5+ in a leadership role, strong background in IT consulting or technology services.

Proven track record in MQL growth and demand generation programs.

Expertise in digital marketing, ABM, and CRM/marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

Exceptional leadership, team management, and scaling experience.

Strong analytical mindset for measuring and optimizing performance.

Excellent communication and storytelling skills for thought leadership.

Familiarity with the IT consulting landscape.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience in IT Services, Systems Integration, or SaaS.

Familiarity with partner marketing (e.g., Oracle, Salesforce, Google, Microsoft ecosystems).

Strategic mindset with a bias for execution and results.

Ability to represent the company at major tech conferences and events.
