This role will lead the enterprise monthly reporting and forecasting processes while managing a small team of financial analysts. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of financial reporting and forecasting in a complex, cross-functional environment. The salary range for this position is : $105,000.00 - $136,864.00 This job will be posted for a minimum of five business days and extended if the applicant pool needs to be expanded. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Minimum Qualifications): Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required. Experience: Minimum 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required. Management Experience: 3 years of supervisory or management experience. Skills & Abilities: Demonstrated proficiency in collaboration, facilitation, planning, problem solving, leadership. Strong understanding of financial statements, forecasting techniques, and variance analysis. Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems (e.g., Hyperion, Oracle, Power BI, SAP, Workday). Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. Travel: May travel and participate in meetings and conferences throughout the Red Cross system.
