What You'll Be Doing
The Specialist, Operations Management demonstrates strong technical and system knowledge to review and analyze data to ensure quality assurance of reports and maintain customer satisfaction. In addition, the role assists in the management of day-to-day operation and overall efficiency of the unit, while seeking opportunities to streamline existing processes and procedures.
The ideal candidate for the role will be an expert at using business objects to create custom reports for internal clients and audit requests. In addition, the candidate would be quick to learn new concepts and willing to embrace new responsibilities in our ever changing environment. In addition, the ideal candidate will be able to use their expertise to help streamline and improve current processes.

System Savvy - Able to navigate many varied systems and is technically savvy. Examples of systems used in this role: ACBS, DataMart, IBS, BIC and PCFS Loan Manager.
Multi-Tasker - experienced with multi-tasking and working in fast-paced, often-changing environment. Experience working in a team where processes and procedures are changing and updating.
Detail Oriented - Complete all necessary activities related to the creating custom reports. Act as the Subject Matter Expert in this role as well

"At CIBC, we offer a competitive total rewards package. This role has an expected salary range of $75,000-$95,000 for the market based on experience, qualifications, and location of the position. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which may also include a discretionary bonus component.
