What you'll do...
Strategically develop and document use cases for Real Time Location Service technologies, including Passive RFID, Bluetooth Low Energy, and Ultra Wide Band.
Define business customer use cases, integration requirements, and assess business value for new technologies.
Manage the deployment schedule and IT activities for Autonomous Mobile Robots, including server deployments, application integration, wireless infrastructure readiness, and VDA5050 configuration for MQTT message broker routing.
Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, aligning with business goals and customer needs through close collaboration with product owners and end users.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (product owners, software engineers, end users, customer support) to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure successful product delivery.
Manage Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Pilots to validate solution capabilities and gather feedback.
Utilize data analytics and user feedback to inform decisions regarding product features, enhancements, and prioritization.
Act as a Product Manager/Lead Business Analyst, working closely with Business Partners to translate their vision into an actionable backlog of User Stories for development teams.
Facilitate the development of detailed business requirements within the domain.
Conduct Requirements gathering, System Analysis, Gap Analysis, and Business process modeling.
Guide Business Partners in understanding iterative development and focusing on delivering a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) through effective prioritization.

You'll have...
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science/Engineering, or a related technical field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience within a manufacturing environment.
Proven working knowledge and experience in the implementation of Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs), Real Time Location Services (RTLS), and Cloud Label Management systems.
Direct experience with Material Planning and Logistics (MP&L) operations in a plant setting.
Strong negotiation and consensus-building skills, effectively collaborating with diverse stakeholders and customers.
Ability to operate effectively in an ambiguous environment, coupled with curiosity and a "can-do" attitude towards new technologies.
A strong desire to continuously learn and share knowledge, contributing to the team's overall benefit and growth.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working effectively across cross-functional and global teams.
Demonstrates a strong work ethic and takes ownership of responsibilities and outcomes.
