Your main goal will be to set up appointments for our Home Energy Consultants, who will then close the sales. Key Responsibilities:

Make 100+ outbound calls per day to homeowners to introduce our home energy solutions

Engage potential customers, qualify their interest, and assess their energy needs

Schedule appointments for our Home Energy Consultants to conduct detailed consultations

Maintain and update records of leads and appointments in the CRM system

Collaborate with the sales team to meet weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets

Stay up-to-date on our energy solutions and industry trends to effectively communicate the

benefits to potential customers

Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company with professionalism

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Comfortable with making high volumes of outbound calls daily

Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Ability to engage and build rapport quickly with potential customers

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems (preferred but not required)

Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred but not required)
