Compensation:
The wage range listed represents the potential compensation opportunities for this position. Starting salary will be thoughtfully determined by the hiring manager based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, education, relevant skills, and qualifications brought to the role. The initial offer could be any amount within the posted range, reflecting Epsilon's commitment to fair and competitive compensation.

Our Customer's Mission :
The Security Operations Center (SOC) is responsible for the overall security of enterprise-wide information systems and networks. The SOC's objectives are to protect, detect, respond, and recover from information security (IS) threats to the enterprise and associated systems. The SOC is chartered to prevent, detect, contain, and eradicate cyber threats through monitoring, intrusion detection, and protective security services to information systems. The SOC also conducts vulnerability assessments, analyzes cyber threats, monitors the email gateway, and collects information on and investigates and reports on all confirmed or suspected security incidents.
An average day:
As Project Manager, your responsibilities will include working closely with our Program Managers to prepare comprehensive plans, coordinate resources, conduct interviews, manage timecards, and other administrative and programmatic duties. This role will also organize, direct, and coordinate the planning, oversight, and implementation of specific projects and initiatives within the bounds of a program with the Cybersecurity Operations Center (CSOC) Manager and Cybersecurity Engineers. You may be responsible for directing individuals or teams of resources in the execution of project tasks towards the successful completion of deliverables, objectives, and goals. This position will be responsible for adherence to project schedules and budgets. You will have interactions with Senior Managers, Customers, and internal teams in the pursuit of successful project execution. Additionally, in this position you will:
Provide high-level administrative support to the Program Manager(s).
Serve as a liaison between team members, the CSOC Manager, Cybersecurity Engineers, the Program Manager, and Customer project managers.
Responsible for the creation and tracking of project deliverables, documentation, and compliance requirements.
Responsible for the development of requirements for their project(s), and adherence to those requirements throughout project execution and delivery.
Responsible for the creation of, and adherence to, project budget and schedules.
Responsible for identification, documentation, management, and escalation of all project risks, issues, and opportunities.
Assist with the creation and tracking of program deliverables, documentation, and compliance requirements.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
Basic Qualifications:
As a requirement of this position, all candidates must be a U.S. Citizen. In accordance with 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(2)(C) , Epsilon will not consider candidates for this position who do not meet the aforementioned conditions.
Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of experience in a project coordinator or project management role, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Superior oral and written communication skills.
Highly detail-oriented with excellent follow-through, prioritization, and time management skills.
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
Proficiency with project management toolsets (MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.).
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desired.
Other Requirements:
Must hold an active DOD Secret Clearance. ( This is a federal contract position and requires candidates to obtain and maintain the appropriate level of Security Clearance or Public Trust. Adjudication of the required Security Clearance or Public Trust is determined solely by the government.
