The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Data Analyst / Power BI Developer in support of the Enterprise Information Technology as a Service (EITaaS) contract with the Department of the Air Force. The EITaaS program supports our customer to provide a common set of required EIT services across 187 bases to implement a consistent, high-quality experience for users across all mission environments and enable USAF to transition focus from network operations to mission operations. CACI is leading the way in transforming IT services from an in-house, base-centric delivery model to an advanced enterprise service delivery model. This position will directly support the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Cyber Asset Metadata Management projects within the EITaaS program.
We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Subject Matter Expert (SME) to develop and maintain interactive dashboards for tracking and visualizing configuration management and cybersecurity metrics. The Data Analyst will play a critical role in transforming complex data sets into actionable insights, helping stakeholders effectively manage risk and improve the configuration management and security posture.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations using ServiceNow CMDB and Axonius data.
Collaborate with IT teams to understand CMDB data structures and reporting requirements.
Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into Power BI.
Optimize Power BI reports for performance and user experience
Implement data modeling techniques to ensure efficient and accurate reporting.
Create and maintain documentation for Power BI reports and data models.
Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI reports and dashboards.
Continuously improve reporting capabilities and suggest new ways to leverage CMDB data.
Design, develop, and optimize Data Models track cybersecurity and configuration management metrics and trends to include vulnerabilities, IVAMs, Cyber Risks, etc.
Collaborate with cybersecurity, IT, and government teams to gather requirements and ensure accurate data representation.
Integrate data from various sources, including vulnerability scanners, asset management tools, and CMDB systems.
Work with others to create visualizations to support real-time monitoring of security vulnerabilities.
Define KPIs and metrics to track vulnerability lifecycle, remediation progress, and risk exposure.
Conduct data cleansing, transformation, normalization, and modeling to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Continuously improve model performance and user experience.
Stay updated with Power BI best practices and cybersecurity trends.
Qualifications:
Required:
DoD Secret Clearance.
12+ Years of relevant experience (Bachelor's Degree in relevant field may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience).
8+ years of experience developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
Proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), KQL, and data modeling techniques.
Experience integrating Power BI with data sources such as SQL databases, APIs, and cloud services.
Understanding how to interpret and analyze data.
Desired:
Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) frameworks, such as ITIL.
Experience in IT service management, with a focus on configuration management and CMDB administration.
Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, user-friendly content.
Strong understanding of vulnerability management processes and tools (e.g., Tenable).
Strong understanding of CMDB processes and tools (e.g., ServiceNow).

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$90,300-$189,600
