Basic Function: To provide administrative support to the activities department, including activities director, coaches, and others associated with various programs, including students, parents, and referees.

Essential Functions:

Attendance at work

Ability to take and follow written and verbal instructions

Ability to collaborate at high levels with all individuals

Ability to work independently

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Performance Responsibilities:

Complete requisitions for activities department, submit requisitions and follow procurement requirements of the district

Obtain, calculate, and deliver events proceeds to district contact

Assist with the distribution of activities information to students, staff, community, and families

Correspondence with coaches, students, parents, and others associated with activities programs

Assists Booster Clubs with sales of merchandise

Review and edit event schedules

Approve Facilities Usage Requests for all buildings and be the point person for questions or needing help with becoming a requester in the system

Create and distribute programs for various events

Organize, coordinate, and communicate senior nights, team awards, and individual awards

Assist with department outreach including creating social media content and providing information to local media outlets

Responsible for activity pass program, including issuance, distribution, and employee pass program requirements

Track student eligibility and complete student grade checks

Organize and maintain compliance with medical physical requirements

Organize event ticket takers and money boxes in preparation for events

Track compliance with various requirements including license expiration, concussion training, and other requirements

Rules Meeting Completion

Team Rosters & submit to opposing teams

Keep all activity rosters up to date on Infinite Campus

Event Support, including game management, event set up/tear down, checking sound systems, scoreboards, announcement scripts, etc.

Assumes such other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Specifications/Qualifications: 1. High School Diploma

Computer skills (Google, Excel, Infinite Campus, Word, Office)

Good customer service skills

Multi-line phone use

Technology operation (copier, fax, printers, badge printers, etc)

Working Conditions: 1. Includes extremes of temperature and humidity.

Hazards include stairs and communicable diseases.
