Construction Foreman

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Foreman to oversee and manage our construction projects along the Gulf Coast. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch results.

Key Responsibilities:

-Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

-Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate project execution.

-Manage and lead a team of skilled tradespeople, subcontractors, and laborers.

-Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

-Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.

-Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.

-Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.

-Maintain detailed project documentation and reports.

Skills and Requirements

-Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or similar role in residential construction.

-Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

-Excellent leadership and team management skills.

-Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

-Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

-Willingness to travel between project sites along the Gulf Coast.

-Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus. null
