Description

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Support Specialist in the manufacturing industry to join our team in Compton, California. In this Contract-to-permanent role, you will play a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction by managing service operations, providing exceptional support, and utilizing your analytical skills to optimize processes. This position requires excellent communication abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.

Responsibilities:

Manage customer service operations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of inquiries and issues.

Provide support to customers by addressing their needs and offering tailored solutions.

Use analytical skills to evaluate service processes and recommend improvements for efficiency.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.

Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines and maintain customer satisfaction.

Handle inbound calls, process orders, and assist customers with billing-related questions.

Utilize CRM and ERP systems to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records.

Support the sales team by preparing quotes and proposals using CPQ tools.

Conduct audits to ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements.

Assist in maintaining knowledge of industry-specific regulations and quality standards.

Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or sales support role.

Strong customer interaction and support skills, with a focus on satisfaction.

Proficient in using CRM, ERP systems, and CPQ tools.

Excellent analytical skills to identify and solve problems effectively.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills for collaborating with customers and internal teams.

Familiarity with billing functions and auditing processes.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. TalentMatch®
