The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking a Strategic Federal Solutions advisor to work with CACI and customer executive leadership to design new capability solutions for existing customers, develop strategies and capabilities used in securing new customers and support business transformation and organizational change activities.

In addition to advisory services, this role is expected to support federal clients in billable position requiring customer facing meetings as needed.

Work will be performed remotely on a part-time on call schedule in coordinated with operating group executive leadership.

Responsibilities:

As an SAP and Federal Government SME, support the discovery and design of new capabilities for existing US Government customers.

Support process and performance improvement efforts in the areas of strategic planning, corporate operations, human resource, training, administration and business process - baselining functional processes and re-engineering to incorporate/integrate existing enabling IT technology.

Identify, define and document business requirements (project initiation document, what the needed achievements will be, and the quality measures) and functional requirements (what the system, process, or product/service must do to fulfill the business requirements) in order to recommend solutions that optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Work with CACI executive leadership to strengthen SAP-industry relationships and expand SAP capability offerings to existing customers (e.g., NASA, DOI) as well as prospective new customers

Serve as an executive advisor to government customers on enterprise transformation programs

Work with customer leadership teams to design, develop and implementation transformation strategies to migrate from current state to desired future state

Qualifications:

Required:

Bachelor's degree and ten years' prior relevant experience.

A minimum five years of experience in US Government executive leadership position

Knowledge of SAP software solutions and product roadmaps

Proven ability to create workflows and develop graphic representations of complex business processes.

Experience conducting facilitated workshops with strong elicitation and facilitation skills.

Must possess excellent analytical skills with a focus on attention to detail.

Exceptional organization, prioritization, teamwork and communication skills (both written and oral).

Experience designing, developing, and implementing SAP financial management solutions for Federal customers

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Since this position can be worked in more than one location, the range shown is the national average for the position.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$105,100-$231,100
