Description We are looking for a Sales Support specialist to join our team in Post Falls, Idaho. In this long-term contract role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth processing of sales orders and providing valuable assistance to both sales and account management teams. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

Process and accurately code customer purchase orders, ensuring all data is verified and complete.

Enter sales orders into company systems, making updates and changes as necessary.

Conduct thorough reviews of entered sales orders to ensure accuracy and address any corrections.

Provide administrative and operational support to sales and account management teams.

Collaborate effectively with internal teams to resolve order discrepancies and ensure seamless workflow. Requirements - Associate degree in a business or technical field, or equivalent work experience of 2+ years in a related role.

Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to handle data entry and analysis.

Familiarity with order processing systems or ERP platforms is advantageous.
