Overview:
NetSuite, a global business unit of Oracle, is seeking an experienced Request for Proposals (RFP) Analyst to join our team! This is a remote, individual contributor role which may be located anywhere in the United States. Preference for candidates with bid management/project management experience There is NO sponsorship for this opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Conduct preliminary evaluation of RFPs, summarizing, and distributing the opportunity for further evaluation
Assign tasks to writers and team members, track progress through stand-up calls, reviews, and matrices.
Establish proposal schedule and milestones.
Run proposal reviews and edits.
Ensure that the bid team meets all deadlines and milestones, tracking proposal progress.
Incorporating text, preparing for final production, and quality assurance.
Ensure accuracy and adequacy of final work product, including in-process and final reviews
Take on responsibility for production of proposal documents, including copying, binding, and/or web-site upload
Contribute to the strategy and oversight of proposal development working in tandem with the SME's and Sales professionals.
Serve as a key member of the team leading proposal responses to RFx opportunities as well as individually contributing to the overall theme.
Execute the RFx proposal response plan while working with key internal stakeholders (e.g. capture, sales teams, service teams, legal, support, compliance, finance, etc.).
Make sure all knowledge base information is up to date and viable.
Save final files to the Opportunity and update and close Intake records
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in RFP proposal management or project management experience.
BA/BS in a related degree or equivalent years of experience.
Previous experience in enterprise software industry/SaaS and/or NetSuite is highly desirable.
Proven experience with cross-team collaboration and project management.
Superior communication skills with attention to detail and ability to effectively delegate is critical for success.
Experience with content management software like Qvidian or Responsive is highly desirable.
Open to role being remote or in hub office location.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $22.60 to $60.63 per hour; from: $47,000 to $126,100 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
