Lab Technician

Our client, a leader in the Home Care Division, is seeking a Lab Technician to join their team. As a Lab Technician, you will be part of the Consumer Retail Business supporting scientists and engineers in the laboratory. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Lab Technician

Location: Maplewood, MN

Pay Range: $22 per hour

What's the Job?

Perform testing and record data on products and raw materials using defined test methods.

Use computer software to analyze data, summarize conclusions, and complete documentation.

Prepare, operate, and maintain basic hand tools, power tools, and lab equipment.

Independently carry out tasks and tests in a timely manner.

Perform routine lab duties including storing of samples, inventory of supplies and chemicals, and other typical lab tasks.

What's Needed?

Experience in laboratory testing and data recording.

Proficiency in using computer software for data analysis.

Ability to operate and maintain laboratory equipment.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Willingness to train others on sample preparations, test methods, and lab protocols.
