Job Title: Entry Level Production Worker

Job Description

We are seeking an entry-level production worker for the 2nd shift to ensure the proper function of machines and maintain the quality of products. You will play a critical role in checking product quality, trimming loose threads, assembling components, and packing them for shipping. If you are detail-oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this position is perfect for you.

Responsibilities

Observe and ensure the proper functioning of production machines.

Maintain and check the quality of products produced by the machines.

Notify supervisors and maintenance staff if any issues occur.

Check products for quality and trim off loose threads.

Assemble pieces together as required.

Pack finished products for shipping.

Essential Skills

Experience in production and packaging line work.

Ability to perform general labor tasks.

Skills in assembling products and components.

Familiarity with retail and production packaging.

Knowledge of food industry processes.

Experience as a cashier and handling hand tools.

Excellent customer service skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Union, Missouri.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
