Job Description
The Vice President of Marketing is responsible for the development and implementation of a transformational marketing strategy for Prime. This position will influence and oversee strategic Brand, Business to Business and Customer Experience, which include brand strategy, product promotion, sales marketing, and customer insights. The Vice President of Marketing works collaboratively with Prime's executive and senior leadership teams and other internal stakeholders to set strategic marketing and product priorities based on Prime's strategy and client expectations and facilitates execution through effective oversight, prioritization, and resource allocation.
Responsibilities
Translate enterprise growth objectives into tangible marketing plans; develop a brand vision, value proposition and comprehensive marketing strategy that align to Prime's strategic priorities and competitively position Prime for long-term success
Drive the development and refinement of Prime's customer experience and insights strategy, which includes regular evaluation of competitive and market intelligence, the assessment and intentional design of Prime's interactions with members, clients, and prescribers, and the ongoing measurement of client satisfaction; leverage data to influence, design and deliver clear, helpful customer experiences through all marketing vehicles including the web, print and live services; ensure appropriate dissemination of results to key stakeholders and executive leadership
Lead transformation in the marketing organization; evaluate the effectiveness of and the appropriate positioning of talent and resources; reconstruct processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of marketing services; identify dependencies and facilitate the development of collaborative and strategic partnerships between marketing and key internal stakeholders, clients and vendors
Establish a liaison relationship with product development, sales, line of business leadership and Prime's account management teams to ensure alignment, prioritization and execution of collateral requirements; lead the development and distribution of product and marketing artifacts that are consistent with corporate imaging and brand standards and meet Prime and client objectives; drive the dissemination of materials, templates and training resources to empower sales and account management effectiveness in market
Leverage industry data, emerging trends, research and analytics to drive the development of innovative, industry-leading marketing strategies and initiatives
Develop a reporting methodology to illustrate and measure the marketing function's ROI; leverage key performance indicators for staffing determinations, to justify future investment requests, and to support the development of an enterprise marketing budget
Manage department budget, staffing, performance and development, and consistently demonstrate Prime's leadership expectations during interactions with direct reports, cross functional and external stakeholders

Education & Experience
15 years of marketing experience in Business to Consumer and Business to Business with 5 years of experience leading marketing within the healthcare or PBM industry
10 years of progressive leadership experience
Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Demonstrated experience and success as a collaborative, transformative and motivational leader
Exceptional communication skills with ability to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences
Exceptional relationship management and cross-functional team building skills
Demonstrated ability to distill complex concepts or situations into concise and compelling communications
Superior working knowledge in the marketing of PBM or other managed healthcare services to national and regional managed care organizations, insurance companies, and other health related entities
Able to work effectively in uncertain, ambiguous situations; ability to balance compliance, business and other competing goals and risks while still driving programs and initiatives to completion
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or related advanced degree

Potential pay for this position ranges from $217,000.00 - $369,000.00 based on experience and skills.
