Description

We're currently recruiting for a Case Specialist to join a mission-driven team supporting families through the Subsidized Child Care Program. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity based onsite in the 90045 area, offering $21/hour for 35 hours per week.

Highlights:

Work directly with families to manage subsidy eligibility, recertifications, and case changes

Caseload of 100-200 clients, managing sensitive documentation with care

Collaborate closely with internal teams while delivering excellent customer service

Opportunity to grow into a long-term role with hybrid flexibility post-introductory period

Requirements

Ideal candidates have:

3+ years in social services, human services, or a related field - or a degree in one

Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize

Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
