Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a driven and experienced Associate Director, Process Innovation Lead, Supply Chain to lead the transformation of supply chain business operations for the GoSolo automated manufacturing platform. This position requires an innovative and strategic leader with experience in streamlining clinical and commercial manufacturing operations. The role demands a proactive change agent who can leverage transformational supply chain technology from various industries to enhance efficiency and increase patient throughput in Cell Therapy manufacturing. This person will closely partner with the site supply chain organization to improve the delivery of materials and services through the GoSolo platform. The successful candidate will serve as the primary subject expert on advanced supply chain technologies and contribute to transforming supply chain business processes as part of the GoSolo site deployment team.

Responsibilities:
Guide the strategic planning and execution of supply chain operations for the GoSolo platform, ensuring alignment with the program's goals and the broader transformation project.
Implement key strategic changes to improve the efficiency of supply chain business operations, enabling higher throughput of product per employee.
Drive the adoption and integration of advanced supply chain technologies and innovative ways of working to enhance operational efficiency.
Partner with teams across clinical and commercial operations, IT, regulatory, and external partners to facilitate seamless integration and enhancements in supply chain processes within the GoSolo platform.
Direct and/or matrix management of program resources to attain program goals for transformation of site cell therapy supply chain operations
Analyze supply chain performance metrics, user feedback, and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement and develop innovative solutions.
Apply change management principles effectively to support the implementation of new processes and technologies.
Provide guidance to the overall site GoSolo program, including AQC and AMS, connecting site and global supply chain considerations
Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards, including Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
Act as the spokesperson for supply chain innovations and improvements at various internal and external meetings and conferences related to the GoSolo transformation project.
Actively contribute to the business process transformation team and the overall deployment of next-gen cell therapy manufacturing and testing platform at the site.
Basic Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
At least 8 years of experience in supply chain management within regulated manufacturing environment.
Thorough understanding of supply chain processes and regulations
Experience with digital supply chain platforms and data collection technologies.
Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for diverse collaboration.
Strong analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
Knowledge of Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and relevant regulations is advantageous.
Expertise in advanced supply chain technologies and experience driving technology adoption in supply chain processes.
Demonstrated ability challenge status quo and implement disruptive solutions.
The starting compensation for this job is a range from $175,360 - $212,500, plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility).
The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and where the job is performed.
Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
