Competitive Pay: Starting wages from $15.00 to $18.50 per hour, based on experience and the shift worked. Shift Differentials: Earn more on 2nd and 3rd shifts. Multiple Shifts Available: 1st Shift: 6 am - 2 pm, Monday-Friday 2nd Shift: 2 pm - 10 pm, Monday-Friday 3rd Shift: 10 pm - 6 am, Monday-Friday

Alternate Shifts Available: 1st shift: 6 am - 4 pm, Monday-Thursday, Friday overtime if scheduled is mandatory 2nd shift 4 pm - 2 am, Monday-Thursday, Friday overtime if scheduled is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

Operate various textile machinery, including equipment for spinning, winding, twisting, and prepping.

Diagnose and troubleshoot machinery issues to ensure continuous production flow.

Perform equipment changeovers, preventative maintenance, and cleaning tasks.

Monitor product quality and adjust machine settings as necessary.

Maintain accurate records, including production logs and inventory tracking.

What Were Looking For: Experience in textile manufacturing or machine operation is preferred but not required for all positions. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks. A strong attention to detail, ensuring the quality and efficiency of production. Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
