Location: Fort Mill, South CarolinaJob Type: PermanentCompensation Range: $70,000 - 80,000 per yearWe are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing and Advertising Specialist to spearhead the development, execution, and management of marketing campaigns designed to elevate brand visibility and promote our offerings. This role demands a blend of creative vision, strategic analytical thinking, and practical application across both digital and traditional marketing channels.Benefits include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with overarching business objectives.

Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, target demographics, and growth opportunities.

Contribute to the establishment of marketing goals, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and budget allocations.

Advertising Campaigns:

Design and launch advertising initiatives across diverse platforms, including social media, search engine advertising (e.g., Google Ads), print media, radio, and email marketing.

Craft compelling and persuasive copy for advertisements, promotional materials, landing pages, and various marketing collateral.

Collaborate with graphic designers and creative teams to produce impactful campaign assets.

Brand Management:

Ensure a cohesive brand message and visual identity are consistently applied across all communication channels.

Manage and update the company website, overseeing the creation of content for digital marketing efforts.

Social Media & Digital Marketing:

Administer and expand the company's presence on key social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).

Monitor the performance of digital campaigns, continuously optimizing for enhanced engagement, conversions, and Return on Investment (ROI).

Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) to track, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness.

Collaboration & Communication:

Work in close conjunction with sales, product development, and leadership teams to synchronize marketing efforts with broader business initiatives.

Coordinate with external agencies, printing services, media outlets, and other vendors as required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a closely related field.

A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in marketing, advertising, or digital communications roles.

Skills:

Strong understanding of core marketing principles, brand management, and audience segmentation.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Mailchimp, Canva, HubSpot, or similar).

Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects and meet concurrent deadlines effectively.

Creative and innovative thinking with a keen eye for detail.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM).

Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS).

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).

Knowledge of B2B and/or manufacturing industry marketing.

Experience in event planning or trade show coordination.
