Full Job DescriptionOur large healthcare client is seeking a Marketing Documentation Specialist to join their team for the next 12 months, 40 hours/week. This role is 100% onsite 5 days a week in Princeton, NJ. Role SummaryThe Marketing Documentation Specialist leads the administration of the Electronic Data Management System (EDMS) and serves as the subject matter expert (SME) for the Enterprise Ad Promo and Non-Promo process. This role ensures efficient, compliant, and high-quality review and approval of promotional materials, supporting enterprise-wide goals for workflow optimization, collaboration, and digital transformation.Top Must Have Skills3-5 years of EDMS administration experience in a regulated environmentExpertise in Ad Promo and Non-Promo content review processesProficiency with systems like Veeva PromoMats, Pepper Flow, or EnsurStrong communication, training, and organizational skillsExperience partnering with regulatory, legal, and quality teamsAdditional QualificationsBachelor's degree in Communications, Regulatory, Quality, or related fieldProven ability to manage multiple projects independentlyFamiliarity with FDA regulations and compliance-driven environmentsExperience maintaining SOPs and guiding users through submission processesStrong analytical skills for metrics tracking and process improvementResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end Ad Promo and Non-Promo review workflows in the EDMSAdminister system access, training, and configuration; ensure platform functionalityMaintain compliance with SOPs, support audits, and monitor review timelinesAnalyze metrics to identify process improvements and drive system enhancementsUpdate training materials, conduct sessions, and coordinate with vendors on updatesServe as a reviewer for translated and web content; support digital transformation initiativesIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
