You will act as the initial point of contact for customers, help maintain the sales workflow, and drive results through accuracy, efficiency, and excellent communication. This role requires a background in sales and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct assistance to the sales team with administrative tasks to drive efficiency and meet sales objectives.

Process and manage customer orders, ensuring timely deliveries and accurate entry into the system.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.

Assist in creating sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute promotional efforts and campaigns.

Track and report on sales performance metrics to help identify areas for improvement and growth.

Stay current with product knowledge, company offerings, and industry trends to serve as a resource for customers and team members.

Requirements

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in a customer-facing or administrative role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and CRM software.

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with Hershey, PA, and surrounding market areas.

Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
