What is Required?

High School diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or support role; experience with technology support and training is advantageous.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.

Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Must be Bilingual Spanish & English

Knowledge of healthcare industry is preferred

Valid driver's license and insurance

Personal transportation to perform job tasks at other branches

You will report to the Office Manager or Branch Operations Manager.
