Description

We are looking for an Admin to join our team in West Palm Beach, Florida. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in communication and proficiency in various software tools. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting election-related operations and ensuring seamless event coordination.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and attend election-related events, representing the organization professionally.

Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Outlook to create reports, presentations, and other materials.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of information.

Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with established election protocols.

Adapt to flexible schedules and assignments as needed after transitioning to a permanent role.

Support administrative functions such as budgeting, billing, and campaign planning.

Assist in managing CRM systems to streamline voter outreach and communication.

Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency.

Provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth daily operations.

Monitor and update accounting and billing functions related to election activities.

Requirements - Proven attention to detail and ability to manage complex tasks accurately.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Outlook.

Experience with accounting software systems and CRM platforms.

Familiarity with administrative functions such as budgeting and billing.

Ability to adapt to flexible schedules and evolving responsibilities.

Previous experience in campaign planning or election-related activities is a plus.
