As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer Sr Advanced here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our manufacturing processes and driving operational excellence. Your expertise will contribute to the efficiency, quality, and productivity of our advanced manufacturing operations.
You will report directly to our Director of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location.
In this role, you will impact the overall success of our manufacturing operations by implementing advanced manufacturing technologies, driving process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful new product introductions (NPI) for the Engines & Power Systems (E&PS) sub business unit.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and oversee advanced manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies.

Develop and implement advanced manufacturing strategies to drive innovation and operational excellence
Lead and manage a team of engineers to optimize manufacturing processes and enhance productivity
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
Identify and implement cuttingedge technologies to drive continuous improvement and cost efficiencies
Analyze manufacturing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
5+ years of experience in advanced manufacturing engineering or related field.
5+ years' experience in Engineering, Quality, or Manufacturing in the Automotive or Aerospace industries
Strong knowledge of advanced manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing.
Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvements.
