Job Title: Sales & Operations Administrator (Hybrid - Part-Time to Full-Time Potential) Company: Beantown Builders Inc. - Greater Boston Area Compensation: \$25 - \$32/hour (Based on experience) Part-Time (25- 30 hrs/week), with potential to grow into a full-time role About Us: Beantown Builders is a residential and commercial remodeling company serving the Greater Boston area. We\'re known for delivering high- quality work with professionalism and compassion. As we grow, we\'re hiring a Sales & Operations Administrator to support lead management, client communications, and daily coordination across the team. Position Overview: This is a hybrid role combining lead intake, administrative support, and light marketing coordination. The ideal candidate is trustworthy, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently. You\'ll primarily work remotely but must be available to come into the office or visit project sites as needed- for example, to assist with scheduling, drop off paperwork, or capture project photos. Key Responsibilities: Lead & Client Coordination Respond promptly to all inbound leads (web, phone, email) Qualify and schedule consultations for sales/estimating Manage and update our CRM (EngageBay): tagging, lead status, follow-ups Coordinate communication with internal team and answering service Administrative & Sales Support Prepare proposals, estimates, and contracts for client review Assist with scheduling site visits, inspections, and subcontractor work Track documentation: permits, COIs, lien waivers, etc. Maintain clean digital records and support task follow-up for projects Light Marketing Support Occasionally post updates or content to social media (or schedule posts) Send out newsletters or campaign emails using EngageBay Visit job sites to take photos or collect testimonials when needed What We\'re Looking For: Highly trustworthy and capable of working independently * Strong communication and time-management skills

Familiarity with CRMs, GSuite, MS Office, and project tracking tools
Comfortable shifting between office support, light marketing, and client-facing communication * Local to the Greater Boston area with availability to work in-person when needed Position Details: Hours: 25 - 30 hours/week to start (flexible schedule) Type: Part-Time, with potential for Full-Time Location: Hybrid - remote with in-person availability (office and job sites) Compensation: \$25 - \$32/hour based on experience Start Date: As soon as available
