Adams Media is seeking a Marketing Associate to drive discoverability for the imprint's nonfiction lifestyle list. This role will have the opportunity to conceive and execute strategic title marketing campaigns in select niche categories (Adams IP, witchcraft, RPG). A key position for the department, the Marketing Associate will work with the Sr. Marketing Manager to plan and create social media content for the imprint's Meta and TikTok channels. Additionally, the Marketing Associate will work on key backlist initiatives throughout the year and organize the imprint's presence at select trade shows (SDCC, NYCC, PAX Unplugged, Emerald City).

An opportunity to work directly with assigned authors and illustrators-as well as external media partners and influencers-the Marketing Associate will be an enthusiastic team player focused success metrics and campaign ROI. Comfortable developing a pitch and presenting a plan, the ideal candidate will have three years of book promotion experience (nonfiction lifestyle categories a plus).

Additionally, the ideal candidate will be available to work in-person/two days per week from the Stoughton, MA office.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable.
