The Role
The Sr Manager, New Products will be part of a dynamic team, charged with growing and expanding our Co-Branded Financial Products to drive card member loyalty and incremental revenue. In this role, the Sr. Manager, New Products will collaborate with internal and external partners to support bringing new products to market as well as growing the US Debit Card Program.
What you'll do
Manage the US Debit Card Program (including on-going marketing and promotional activity, program enhancements and reporting).
Assist in bringing products to market, including contract negotiations, technical implementation, marketing plans and managing the P/L.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities in key markets to identify new partnership opportunities.
Create marketing strategy and roadmap to grow customer base and spend in new markets.
Partner with cross-functional teams to plan, design and deploy marketing campaigns across the WH&R digital ecosystem (e.g. email, website).
Assist in communication with internal and external stakeholders, including Senior Leadership, to keep them informed and engaged.

Required Qualifications/Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration or related field required.
5+ years of marketing strategy, credit card product management, and/or product development experience.
Certifications in project management (PMP) or marketing (CIM) are a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
For U.S. based positions only, the expected pay range for this position is $120,000-$140,000 annually.
Wyndham Hotels & Resorts carefully considers a wide range of factors when determining compensation such as work location, background, experience, and performance. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
In addition to the base pay, this role is eligible to receive an incentive payment pursuant to the Annual Incentive Plan with a 15% annual target, subject to the terms of the Plan.
