Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for an Administrative Assistant. This is a Hybrid role based out of Newport News, VA location, in accordance with the Ferguson Flex schedule; 3 days office / 2 days remote.

Responsibilities

Provide overall administrative support to the Our Brands Brand Leaders and OBLT, based across the US

Work closely with the Executive Assistant in support of the Our Brands team

Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and responsibilities at the same time, executing from beginning to completion

Ability to handle and maintain confidential information

Ability to work independently with little direction

Strong time management skills

Delivery of outstanding customer service

Coordinate meetings, travel, hotel reservations, catering for meetings, trainings, offsites

Expense reports for multiple leaders

Assist with agendas for various meetings when needed

Assist in scheduling meetings where needed

Maintain assets for set cost centers including ordering assets for new hires

Assist with office supplies orders for various locations

Ability to interact with different levels of management and various personalities

Ability to work across multiple department lines

Qualifications

3+ years' experience preferred or the skillsets to excel in administrative work

By nature of the position, a high degree of professionalism is required, dealing with high level contacts and information

Must be proficient in all Microsoft applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Powerpoint, Excel)

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

Ability to prioritize and manage deadlines

Accuracy and attention to detail

Strong organizational skills

Pay Range:

$15.58 - $25.39

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.

Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
