As a Sr Customer Marketing Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for developing and executing customer marketing strategies that align with business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and product management, to understand customer needs and develop targeted campaigns. Your expertise in analyzing market trends and customer data will enable you to identify growth opportunities and provide insights for improvement.
You will work out of our Richardson, TX or Houston, TX or Charlotte, NC locations on a Hybrid work schedule.

Additionally, you will play a guiding role by guiding and mentoring junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute customer marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty
Work with cross-functional teams, including sales and product management, to understand customer needs and develop targeted marketing campaigns
Analyze market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities and provide insights for improvement
Guide the development and execution of marketing programs, including email campaigns, social media promotions, and customer events
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Manage the customer journey, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience across all touchpoints
Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to optimize campaign performance and track customer interactions
Provide guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
Set clear goals and objectives for the team, monitoring progress and providing coaching and feedback for development
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer marketing, bringing innovative ideas to drive continuous improvement
Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget
Work with creative services to develop compelling marketing collateral and assets

YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 6+ years of experience in customer marketing or related roles, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
Master's degree in marketing or business administration (preferred)
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven choices
