Job Title: Client Experience CoordinatorJob Description

As a Client Experience Coordinator, you will manage the complete Order-to-Cash processes, including order entry, confirmations, logistics, and invoicing. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and internal coordination, ensuring timely updates on order status, changes, and fulfillment timelines. Your role will include monitoring shared inboxes and service lines to ensure prompt responses to incoming inquiries, as well as documenting all communications to maintain transparency and ensure timely follow-up.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, including order entry, confirmations, logistics, and invoicing.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and internal coordination.

Provide timely updates on order status, changes, and fulfillment timelines.

Monitor shared inboxes and service lines to ensure prompt responses to incoming inquiries.

Triage and route issues appropriately to relevant departments.

Document all communications to maintain transparency and ensure timely follow-up.

Receive and validate inbound shipments against purchase orders.

Track serialized inventory through all stages of the product lifecycle.

Oversee accurate picking, packing, and shipping processes.

Process returns and credits efficiently; support audit readiness and inventory planning.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

1-2 years of warehouse experience

2-3 years of customer service/support experience

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with Google Suite is preferred

Order processing

Customer support

Customer-centric attitude

Detail-oriented

Excellent time management skills

Warehouse exposure in some capacity is nice to have

Work Environment

This position requires you to work onsite every day, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
