KPS Global is looking for a Marketing Specialist, to join the Marketing Team. You will be working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment reporting to the Director of Marketing.

Manage customer requests for marketing collateral including maintaining and developing inventory of those items. Responsible for managing the trade show calendar and activities around the shows (logistics, content, attendee etc.) as well as customer conferences. Own the relationship with external vendors to coordinate and manage all the details of trade shows. Track marketing programs such as email, social campaigns, blogs, and events in shared resource to keep the team organized and allowing for appropriate tracking. Assist in monitoring social channels and requesting feedback on comments/messages. Share the latest industry trends with the organization by reviewing trade publications and distributing those as appropriate on a daily/weekly basis. Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills

Completing and maintaining all associated electronic processes and paperwork including checklists, stamping, blueprints, bar coding, and shipping/receiving materials Maintaining departmental housekeeping and 5S standards Manage customer requests for marketing collateral including maintaining and developing inventory of those items. Responsible for managing the trade show calendar and activities around the shows (logistics, content, attendee etc.) as well as customer conferences. Own the relationship with external vendors to coordinate and manage all the details of trade shows. Track marketing programs such as email, social campaigns, blogs, and events in shared resource to keep the team organized and allowing for appropriate tracking.
