A market-leading manufacturing firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join their accounting team. Key Responsibilities:

In this position, the Staff Accountant will play a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and assisting with various accounting tasks. Primary responsibilities include:

Performing month-end close duties, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.

Preparing and analyzing financial statements to provide accurate insights to management.

Assisting in cost accounting for production processes and materials used in manufacturing.

Ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies during all accounting procedures.

Managing fixed asset records and maintaining depreciation schedules.

Supporting accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions, including payment approvals and collections follow-up.

Collaborating with external auditors during the annual audit process.

Requirements

3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing, supply chain, or a related industry.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA is a plus but not required).

Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.

Understanding of cost accounting principles in alignment with manufacturing processes.

Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
