Job Description
Duties:
Provide technology skills and capabilities within the Enterprise Search domain.
Identify customer search needs and translate requirements into IT solutions.
Design and implement Enterprise Search solutions leveraging our collaboration platforms.
Follow Company's Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and change management processes through implementation, including documentation preparation.
Define and implement enterprise and project-specific information management policies, taxonomies, workflow, and lifecycle management.
Assist in designing, planning, building, and operating our Enterprise Search capability as part of the collaboration ecosystem.
Define best practices and guidelines for search capability as a subject matter expert for customer interactions and other IT functions.
Identify capability gaps and design solutions to address those gaps in Enterprise Search capabilities.
Contribute to Enterprise Search roadmaps and future state capabilities.
Support solution governance across the Enterprise Search infrastructure.
Collaborate with global teams of IT professionals and cross-functional teams to tackle challenges at the intersection of healthcare, information, and technology.
10% domestic and international travel required.
Education Minimum Requirement:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and 5 years of experience in the position offered or related.
Required Experience and Skills:
Must have 5 years of experience with all of the following:
Working with search technologies and integrating them with collaboration ecosystems;
Cloud Models, including PaaS, SaaS, and laaS;
Translating business requirements into technology solutions that address needs and deliver benefits to the company;
Managing and delivering solutions from initiation through implementation, including coordinating global technology teams and costing;
Providing innovative solutions within the framework of enterprise platforms;
Working with client-side scripting languages such as JavaScript, Angular, React, or NodeJS;
Search engine optimization, including content processing, document processing, and linguistic features using SP Search, Azure Search, Elastic, or Coveo framework;
Working with Microsoft 365 cloud integration experience, including OAuth implementation, GRAPH API, Office 365 REST API, Azure Search Al, and Azure Functions;
PowerShell scripting;
Working with SPFx - SharePoint Framework and BCS - Business Connectivity Services Connectors;
Relational database concepts used in technologies such as Azure SQL (PaaS), Oracle, or SQL Server, and working with relational database concepts in Oracle or SQL Server.
The salary range for this role is: $152,859 - $180,500/yr. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs. The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
