Our well-known healthcare client is looking for a Marketing Project Manager to help with their busy season! This role is: - 40 hours/week - Starts as soon as the right candidate is identified, and will be through end of December 2025 - Fully Remote - must be able to work central time zone The ideal candidate: - Minimum of 3 years' project management experience in a marketing or agency setting - Healthcare experience, particularly in the pharmaceutical space is ideal - Workfront experience is required - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint - Strong relationship-building skills and able to work with key stakeholders - Demonstrates strategic thinking by using appropriate information to diagnose problems, identify root causes, and collaborate with impacted groups to drive decisions - Able to work in a fast-paced environment Primary Responsibilities: - Oversee marketing communications projects from initial project kick off to the finish line. You will manage timelines and ensure all aspects of the project are delivered on time, on budget and within strategy - Partner with internal cross functional teams to foster highly engaged and collaborative partnerships to achieve optimal performance and successful outcomes - Work closely with different business units to understand program goals and objectives to create project plans that will achieve optimal results - Manage competing priorities and timelines across the project team - Create, manage and communicate all project timelines and statuses using Workfront - Schedule and facilitate project status and kickoff meetings In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data.
