Robinson Fresh is seeking a Key Account Manager (KAM) to lead a high-growth, strategically complex supply chain partnership with a large national retail customer. This role is ideal for someone who excels at navigating intricate supply chain ecosystems and is energized by the challenge of aligning multiple stakeholders around a shared vision. You will play a critical role in driving strategic conversations, and collaborating across teams to deliver innovative, end-to-end solutions.
As the primary point of contact, you'll be responsible for deepening relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and aligning CHR's broad capabilities to meet evolving needs. Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:
Develop and execute account strategies that expand market share, identify new opportunities, and align CHR's solutions with customer goals.
Cultivate strong, credible relationships across customer functions, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their evolving supply chain needs.
Conduct regular business reviews using internal data and market intelligence to uncover trends, present insights, and recommend strategic solutions.
Partner with internal teams-including operations, supply, and leadership-to ensure alignment, resource prioritization, and seamless execution.
Own the customer pricing strategy, RFPs, and proposal development, leveraging internal tools and SMEs to deliver competitive, value-driven solutions.
Identify and implement process improvements that enhance service delivery, reduce costs, and drive long-term customer success.
Confidently manage conflict and lead strategic discussions with customer stakeholders, using tact, data, and diplomacy.
Represent CHR's digital capabilities by applying technology and analytics to improve customer outcomes and supply chain performance.
Monitor account performance, financials, and AR processes to ensure profitability and compliance with agreed terms.
Serve as the primary point of accountability for customer satisfaction, ensuring consistent communication, execution, and delivery of KPIs.
Uses Robinson Fresh tools to interpret internal/external data and market intelligence (indexes, research, etc.) along with customer information (articles, press, etc.) to provide customers with business insights, improve customer outcomes and grow the business
For program business on our products, uses the Robinson Fresh tools to deliver pricing, promotion, merchandising and assortment opportunities to grow their business and drive more volume opportunities for Robinson Fresh
Prioritizes spending time in customer's locations (online and in physical location) and their competitions locations
Conducts pre-season, mid-season and post season business reviews with customers. Communicates performance regularly and actively asks for more share of wallet
Item Level PO Management:
Manage and execute item and pricing strategy via pricing cards
Manage distributor network to ensure compliance to customer's pricing and item strategy
Manage supply chain structure by evaluating store allocations to distributors to maximize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs
Work with customer to suggest items that can drive customer's KIA
Required Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED
Minimum 4 years of experience in sales and/or account management
Ability to travel up to 25% (domestically and internationally)
Preferred Qualifications:
Supply chain knowledge
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of Programs
Demonstrates and drives a data driven approach
Demonstrated influencing, negotiation, collaboration, communication and presentation skills
Proven track record of delivering measurable financial results through sales or account management solutions

Compensation Range
$83,800.00 - $130,500.00
